The Free Flow Conference is ARCH’s flagship annual event dedicated to promoting menstrual health awareness, youth engagement, and community-driven solutions. Join us as we spark conversations and drive action.
The Free Flow Conference (FFC) is a growing platform committed to addressing menstrual health challenges through education, advocacy, and collaboration. What began as a small awareness initiative has evolved into a dynamic global stage for community-driven change.
What began as a grassroots initiative to break the silence around menstruation evolved into FFD 2024—driving deeper engagement, mentorship, and hygiene support across communities in Ghana.
Transitioning into a full-scale conference, we united health professionals, youth leaders, and stakeholders to collaborate on long-term policy and social impact conversations.
Held on 21st February 2026, the 3rd edition focused on strengthening localized impact and expanding our global advocacy network to ensure every girl flows with dignity.
Sessions with health professionals and experienced facilitators sharing localized insights.
Platforms for young people to share experiences and ideas, challenging stigmas and pitching new solutions.
Connect with a diverse network of peers, professionals, and global organizations committed to social change.
Focusing on real-world, localized solutions that directly address the unique menstrual health challenges in our communities.
Interactive and practical learning experiences designed to build skills and foster creative problem-solving.
The Free Flow Conference 2026, held under the theme “Innovations in Menstrual Health: Bridging the Gaps in Education, Stigma, Policy, WASH and Innovation,” brought together diverse stakeholders to explore solutions in Ghana.
